Industrial wastewater, acids, car washes, fertilizers and de-icing agents as well as biogenic and chlorinated substances – our wastewater structures have to combat all this and more on a daily basis. Our wastewater collection, drainage and treatment structures have to withstand enormous loads; the functionality and impermeability of the sewers and manholes is essential for groundwater and soil protection and thus actually saves lives!

1. Sealing against water infiltration
Products for quickly closing water leaks in shaft walls and surfaces.
Products
IPAPUR
IPAPUR is a workable, 1-component PU injection foam resin for sealing cracks, cavities or drill holes under water pressure (such as in the case of water ingress). The resin is injected using an injection device, where it reacts with the water, increasing its volume by a factor of 10 to 20. IPAPUR is completely impermeable to water and reacts within 3 to 30 seconds.
IPANEX Stopfmörtel
IPANEX tamping mortar is a mineral, swelling quick-setting cement for the rapid sealing of water ingress, surface moisture penetration or seepage points. Once water has been added, the material begins to set until the mortar has finally hardened and is impermeable to water. IPANEX tamping mortar is also suitable for sealing pipes. The mortar is classified in accordance with DIN 19573-B2-XWW3 and tested in accordance with DVGW worksheet W347.
IPANEX Flächendicht WF
IPANEX Flächendicht WF is a fast-setting mortar that is used on damp surfaces. It is suitable for sealing water ingress and serves as a base for subsequent coatings without the risk of loss of adhesion.

2. Reprofiling the building fabric
Products for the repair, treatment and build-up of damaged areas, concrete walls and other surfaces. The materials are also suitable for setting and grouting manhole rings and masonry.

UNIMÖRTEL
IPA Unimörtel is available in various grain sizes (fine and normal) as well as in a high sulphide-resistant version (HS). It can be used as a low-shrinkage laying, coating, repair and sealing mortar in accordance with DIN 19573 with accelerated or delayed (BTG version) setting behavior for concrete and masonry, also for setting and grouting manhole rings. The unimortar is mixed with clean water.
UNIMÖRTEL Rapid
Vergussmörtel
IPA grouting mortar is suitable for building up beams, grouting manhole ring cavities or for grouting machine foundations. The 1-component dry mortar is purely mineral, highly sulphate-resistant and can be loaded quickly. VGM is also impermeable to water in accordance with DIN 1045 and shrinkage-free. The mortar is mixed homogeneously with a maximum of 16% by weight of clean water.
Almost all products can be individually adapted to your renovation situation by adding additives. Setting behavior, chemical resistance and more can be varied in this way.
3. Protection of the building fabric
Products for the final coating and thus the long-term protection of building materials and surfaces.
Products
IPA Polyschicht®
IPA Polyschicht® is a 2-component, solvent-free synthetic resin based on silicate and is used in separator systems, manholes, digestion towers, tank troughs and more. The coating impresses with maximum chemical resistance and DIBT approval. The IPA Polyschicht® is permanently resistant to pH values from 0 to +14. It can also be applied as an electrically conductive and heat-resistant coating. It can even be used on surfaces that are "only visually dry".
IPA Mörtel Kanal pH+
The Mörtel Kanal pH+ mortar is specially designed for the increased requirements in wastewater structures and provides complete and long-term sealing up to a pH value of 3.5. The polymer-modified mortar is classified - especially in combination with Liquid pH - for reprofiling break-outs in sewage treatment plants, manholes and sewers. Only a low minimum layer thickness is required, so that both vertical and horizontal surfaces can be coated.
Elastikschlämme
The 2-component elastic slurry is suitable for waterproofing basements, balconies, inside wet rooms and is permitted as WHG waterproofing with DIBt approval. In accordance with DIN 18533, the slurry is an elasticized, fibre-reinforced structural waterproofing and hardens without shrinkage or cracking. Thanks to its high elasticity and elasticity, cracks can also be bridged. The powder and the liquid component are mixed with a stirrer to form a homogeneous mass.
Dichtschlämme
IPA Dichtschlämme is a ready-to-use, hydraulically setting surface sealant. The cement-bound surface sealant for sealing against ground moisture and pressurized water can be used indoors and outdoors (e.g. old buildings, damp rooms, swimming pools, tunnels, shafts, etc.). With a high application thickness, the sealing slurry can also be used as a pressurized water seal. Also suitable for aggressive waters.
